If by right what you mention, you this kind diet only 1000kcal calories.
Too low, you should read this

VLCD

You should aim around 1500-1700 calories. How about your bodyfat %? are you sure you need 2700 daily calories to maintain? How long you already in this diet? Are you feel lethargy, tiredness?

Do you know long term in Very low calories diet will cause your body metabolism to be slower and make your weight loss getting slower?

You should add more healthy fat and add more meat and vegetable in the diet.

You diet now by theory should only around 90g protein, 30g fat and 100g carb.

You need eat more.

from what i see in all the diets u guys take - u guys take in about 506 eggs everyday.

may i ask what kind of eggs u guys eating?

nowadays even with omega eggs, doctors recommend not too much of eggs as manufacturer injects hormone into the chicken for speed growing

I buy from the attached side grocery store @ Hock Choon's at Jalan Ampang.

DQ eggs are my first preference, and if they're out of stock any other kampung egg available.

It's a brand name, 'DQ Clean Chicken'. The eggs are supposed to be organically grown, free range, and pasture fed.

They also sell pasture fed chicken.

Hi akiratm,

I just wanna ask, if i workout almost everyday and i wanted to start to take protein which brand should i choose? Too much brand makes me confused.

I had done my research on whey, casein and hydrolysate.

I am choosing whey concentrate over isolation.

and i am expecting to drink it as a pre-workout and post-workout meal.

Which brand do suggest? Why?

Million Thanks!

rclxms.gif I pointed direct to you because you are friendly mah... aichoo

I am asking which brand just to do some market research, as to avoid unethical vendor as much as possible.

rclxm9.gif of course i DO agree that food is the best source for protein, but is not easy to mix and match to obtain the exact nutrition value. It is easier for whey protein because is predefined by grams.

notworthy.gif Can i also know what brand you are having now? flex.gif gonna be a macho like you drool.gif

Healthy or not is subjective IMO. What your goal?
