Offer : Annual Fee waiver and RM50 GST waiver only
Decision : Not interested

Just wana confirm.. I called CS to waive annual fee of RM300 and RM50 for platinum card. Checked online banking just now, and transaction as below:-

RM300 DR - Revised correct
RM50 DR - Revised correct

Then.. another transaction...

RM300 CR - ???

Any campaign for waiving annual fee and GST, and also get back RM300??

Anyone attended GHHS Healtcare 1 hour preview and get 3 days 2 night stay at palace of golden horses?

I did, its only 2 day 1 night. Feel so-so only the place, maintenance a bit lacking

Can book room from Sunday to Thurs only and not on public holidays and school holidays. Valid for 2 months from date of attendance.

We used for dinner on the night we stayed there. Posh place, nobody there one. Not to say a lot of selection also.

I try to find the details about 5% cash rebate but cannot.
Anyone can tell me more about how's the 5% work?
As long as spend RM500 each month, then 5% of total bill?
Or just certain transaction only?

5) Cashback
We give you cashback in the following situations:
(a) 2% cashback on your cashback transactions when you spend a minimum of
RM500 but less than RM800 per month in retail purchases (local and international) on your
CashBack Gold MasterCard as shown in your credit card statement, subject to a cap of 10
per month;
(b) 3% cashback on your cashback transactions when you spend a minimum of
RM800 but less than RM1500per month in retail purchases (local and international) on your
CashBack Gold MasterCard as shown in your credit card statement, subject to a cap of
RM 25 per month
© 5%cashback on your cashback transactions when you spend a minimum of RM1500 or
more per month in retail purchases (local and international) on your CashBack Gold
MasterCard as shown in your credit card statement, subject to a cap of RM 50 per month

What qualifies as retail purchase:-
cashback transactions means all retail purchases (local and international) but excludes all types of
transactions made at petrol stations or petrol kiosks including purchases of petrol, and any type
of insurance payments.

There isnt any spend timeframe - meaning it's counted as retail spend no matter which day you spend. So overall, it's probably better than most other cashback cards. But if you spend only RM500, you're looking at RM10 per month only (2% cashback).

Cards like HLB wise gives 10% if u meet the RM50x10 transaction on the category you have chosen.

So choice is up to you.
