My experience is that they do send SMS when they sending out the card, which is a good thing, I don't know if Poslaju ever come to my address, a SMS arrived said delivery unsuccessful with a tracking number, which is not that bad

Just fill in the online application form and upload documents on SCB website. You will get a reference number.

If no one contacts you in 1 day, then call the SCB at (603) 7665 7584 (online credit card application) and give them your reference number. They will assign you a CS, who will call you asap.

The CS will send you an e-mail and may request for further documents. Then they will process quickly too.

After CS submits application, typically up to 3 working days for approval.

Cross border fee is when u pay in RM, but the merchant is not Malaysia registered co.. Then u will c extra 1% from the MYR amount that u paid

I don't think other bank has such extra charge?

However, if you read the PDF, it is applicable to several other cards too, including the Gold Cashback Mastercard (which is what I'm applying for).

The CS who called me yesterday was trying to encourage me to convert to JustOne. However, I told her that my needs are more suited to Gold Cashback. The RM300 is quite enticing .
