Kajang more strategic......nearer to KL and many access to highway...

However......

Quite high density area....poor road planning and small road... due to older town....

For own stay in the future i suggest bangi area....

So bangi vs kajang. Kajang better because is nearer.
How about Setia Alam VS Kajang? I know is totally opposite area but just for comparison purpose.

Am doing reno right now, plan to install 5 aircond (2hp x 1, 1hp x 4). Asked the site rep, nazri, he said still OK for single phase but later better upgrade 3 phase la to save some electricity bill & smooth power distrubution.
One contractor quote me rm7k for 3 phase upgrading including tnb deposit, expensive or cheap? No money already...

I got from my contractor his charge nearly 4.5k for entire works + 1 DB extra in home. u can contact him if u need as you may find his banner around... kien fu enterprise.

Besides that, i got another quote from tnb certified technician that charge for TNB approval and changing meter from single phase to 3 phase in total of RM1500 (excluded TNB deposit for 3 phases and wiring charges from meter to DB).
