Hi, I'm just curious here. Does the first owner of Teresse and Teresse 2 make good capital appreciation from the developer? In another word, does the value of the property increases after purchase from developer?
Do you mind to share how much appreciation since then? I'm also owner of the property at Bandar Puteri Bangi. |
