Hi there, endlot is rm758,800, about rm30k diff from inter unit. Cheapest corner lot unit not sure, i guess it is around that figure you mentioned. I'm also going tomorrow, to take booking receipt :-)

Yup, i've signed the s&p and loan docs already on last Monday. I booked the unit on 10th Jan. I asked the lawyer, she said before me already 10 or 11 owner already signed.

Went to IOI galleria today to settle a few things, SA said the show unit almost ready, only aircond is not installed yet. Plan to visit over this weekend.

I talked to SA somewhere this week, he said terrese 2 starting price is rm750k before bumi discount. Rm20k higher than terrese 1 starting price. Expexted to launch by mid of April.

He said indicative price, so probably can go more higher during launch I guess. Sorry, no idea on Almyra. Perhaps can check with SA directly.

have anybody checked what is the status of documentation progress with their own lawyer on the first 10% disbursement to developer? Mine probably can't meet the deadline of 8/4/15 so the lawyer will issue letter to request for waiver of late payment charge. After all, the delay part is not due to me. In addition, she said all 50+ owner of terrese that under their firm can't meet the deadline. Quite a surprise!

Yes, you're right. Mine is same with you. If that's the case, the developer should waive the late payment charge right? Of course lawyer need to prepare the letter for waiver.

Write an email to developer and cc to lawyer, ask for a waiver if the delay is not due to your side. Don't forget to put a chronology of event (if you've record it from the beginning). I'm planning to do that.

Yes, already emailed to developer n cc to lawyer last few weeks. Simple email request for a waiver and supported with chronology of event.
