Yup last week..now waiting for developer to repair the defect

I bought last week their townhouse project. Something new on the strata title just on the building while the common area is under MPKj. Net price RM457K for upper unit.

I assume this one is terrese2. Terrese1 I think 90% sold. Terrese2 still have a lot unsold unit.

I'm using 2HP aircond at living area with void area not covered, still OK. But i installed sliding door to the kitchen area la.

I'm using maybank, orher bank no idea. Maybe other owner can help.
