Gated & Guarded - nice guard house and tight security check with concrete wall surrounding, managed by developer.Fence & Guarded - security guard with simple fence surrounding, managed by residents association. individual title - can alter external/internal view of own house. Street and surrounding are public area. strata title - cannot alter external view of own house. Taman view, street and surrounding are protected under strata title act. looking for help..
