If I my family and my work is around Putrajaya or Bangi, I would get one of this landed property. If one is to ask me, how much is Almyra once it is completed... I am pretty sure you can sell it at around RM550k at the base. Forget about slowdown in property market. No slowdowns are permanent and there are acute shortage of housing in Klang Valley. That is my thought. |
