just back from ioi sales gallery in Bandar Puteri Bangi, booked 1 unit terrese..and paid the booking..only left 5 units..most of it are bank rejected loan...Phase 2 to be launched by end of May 2015, was told RM20k higher and smaller unit...but the advantage is both phases completed on the same time..

Lat weekend went to visit Teresse 1..happy to see everything seems completed. Ask the sales agent now waiting for water n electricity and CCC and expected to get key before CNY 2017

I receive from the developer earlier. For Terresse, there is additional RM250 to be paid on top of earlier deposit.

just called the HO staff chiew ling to clarify on FnG issue. She ask me to check with the CIU and project manager on the process for the FnG during the key collection. Normally it will be built upon hand over to owner. Sorry Im also new to landed property
