Ok, just called one of tha SA today, he said just ignore the letter since it's auto generated email from TNB when new application is created. The payment process is like this: buyer > developer > contractor > TNB. Developer will make sure all electricity is available upon VP.

We need to pay the outstanding amount if any and make appointment with the person in charged stated in the vacant possession letter to collect the keys.

you already got the key?

Not yet, just got the letter last Friday. Need to wait for bank to release the last payment and pay whatever outstanding amt. Then only can make appointment with Developer to collect keys. Have you received the letter?

Received notice of delivery of VP for Teresse last week. Quite shocked bcoz need to pay general infra fee RM540 (not the TNB n water deposit). No FnG yet around Teresse. Developer wants to pass the key before 2yrs of SnP to escape from paying penalty. Went to my house and shocked again, found out the house still not completely finished yet.

Please add me too. 1st time home buyer. Don hv any experience. What should i do during joint inspection? Can complain??

Aiyaa..why lor like this..haven't received any letter yet. Maybe bcoz my SnP is May 2015. I also went there last 2 weeks. Most of the houses still on the touch up mode.

Btw try to figure out what is FnG?

When i visited last 2 weeks, SA told me that they will do perimeter fencing prior to VP and CCC

So, this picture is abit outdated as it does not show the perimeter fencing yet?

Yup..no perimeter fence yet around Terresse. Feel a bit awkward bcoz the advertisement mention Perimeter 'Fenced and Guarded Community'

just called the HO staff chiew ling to clarify on FnG issue. She ask me to check with the CIU and project manager on the process for the FnG during the key collection. Normally it will be built upon hand over to owner. Sorry Im also new to landed property

No worry, I think IOI shall make it soon as it should be on par / better if compare to Bandar Puteri Puchong.

I really hope "FnG" will be ready by the time of key collection. For me it is one of the most important aspects since the surrouding area is still considered construction and open area and not really safe without FnG.

Yeah I still remember Fenced and Guarded Community is one of the key points used during the selling time. Hope they will keep their promise.

But vp already right? How come still no fng? Fng must be ready prior to vp la. Warisan puteri 1St phase will vp in Feb but fng not ready also, hopefully it will be ready prior to vp

Understand the matters as explained by the developer..hope to clarify further with developer on this during keys collection for Teresse 1..
We hope Teresse 2 to obtain VP soon as well.
