When I went to sign SPA and Loan Agreement last friday, the SA said that only 2 out of 4 tower will have type A, type B and Type C. The other two will only have type A. Mine is type C on 10th floor. rclxms.gif

I cant remember which block, but for sure only 2 out of 4 will have type C (including block 2 of course).

I'm not sure about non-bumi discount. maybe got 2%. Legal fees and stamp duty for loan will be borne by buyer. MOT no need to pay now since this project still under Master Title. Pay after they change to strata title. Completed unit will be bare.

And FYI, the price for Type C already increased 7K and type A and B increased 5k compared to launching price. I dont know the reason for that. But mine is same price as launching price.

Maintenance fee is RM0.30 psf. This project might be completed end of 2017 or early 2018. 36 months from S&P date. biggrin.gif

For type C, maintenance fee is around RM360 since build up are is around 1200sf. Both are covered car parks, facing each other.

Like u said, the price is getting ridiculous from C1 onward, hence the low demand and inability to sell more units.

I dont think that Block D1 and D2 will be announced anytime soon by Mahsing (for Savanna).
