Well some say the update does improve the screen situation but for some reason the update made it worst on the replacement units. It made it very obvious even the Technician there cud not deny that it was yellowish

nonetheless without comparison, it's hard to notice the yellow tint

i am not sure whether mine yellowed tinted or not, but doesnt really affects me~ just dont compare XD

Sometimes I think it's just psychology. When someone complain about it, it's natural that we all will take extra attention on it and make side by side comparison.

Without taking attention on it, the screen actually looks great. It's not a serious issue at all. Just maybe some are more serious than others.

People have been using greenish amoled screen for years... And can confirm to say the latest s4 screen is not entirely white as well. Still no complain...

exactly. I have seen all three color demo sets. All is white screen except for the black demo set which has a yellow tint. I decided to risk it with the black since I like the color more and sure enough, my heart was crushed when I opened the sealed box because the yellow tint was immediately obvious.

So I got back and then I'm not that sure of the yellow tint. It is there I never doubt it but without a straight on comparison, is really hard to notice.

Well agreed unfortunately i had my original Z1 to compare with and it was very obvious

Some RM2299 got SP only
Some RM2199 no dock at all.

Well I called the Call center and they will order another batch and the Service Center will test those sets first b4 they call me to collect so hopefully yes

anybody tried the phone underwater yet ... I've seen someone posted a sample photo in the swimming pool ... one of my friend's unit went underwater ... took 2 photo ... first SD card unable to read .. then next .. SIM card cannot read ... whole phone koyak

i've rooted my Z1, and underclock the CPU using CPU tuner. (1728Mhz)

everything still running smooth, battery life get a little longer & less heat~ =)
