I think you had to do the initial download of internet settings for most of the telcos .... I guess the phone model is too new to be recognised by the telco to push new settings

Anyone knows if there's any app that can turn on the screen and display an alert whenever you get a notification ... something like when you get an alert on iPhone, you get a summary of SMS/email/notification and then after that turns off the screen

If you refer to the Maxis online store, the dock is given free. Actually .... you should just order it online. It's the same as going to Maxis itself and buying the phone ... at least online, you just need to wait for the phone to be delivered the next day smile.gif

No need to talk to blur staff and at least you know you will get the free dock. You can also choose your plan online.
