For those who are experiencing data connection drop for CELCOM users (if there's any), go to your APN settings, and delete the proxy in each of your APN listed. That should fix it.

I did use the flashtool few days back to flash latest firmware. it worked. maybe before you start flashtool, try to connect the phone in flash mode first so that your pc can install the drivers needed.
