any other stones besides the removed coral stone?
something is buffering your PH.
HELP Advance Shrimp Soil is supposed to be slightly acidic.

-how long you use the HELP soil ?, and how many Kg/L of soil you use and your tank size?
(This soil may lost it buffering power as this is really not a good shrimp soil)
-Using full RO or Tap water ? if tap water , what is the tap water PH?
-This a full shrimp tank or planted shrimp tank , got use co2 ?

These PH medicine better don't use , wont last long.

Hi waikikizz,
I think you need to do some research into buffering PH. This is very basic for aquarists as the nitrogen cycle.

Your fishes/shrimp will suffer and likely die if PH does up and down. Stability is more important than achieving ideal PH value. Azoo PH down - as arrow said. Don't use that.

Here's a good resource that explains everything:-
http://www.aquahobby.com/articles/e_adjusting_pH.php

Quote:-
Lowering the pH is a more extensive task. If you simply add a product such as “pH Down” this will not work.
Stability is most important.

You need to manually catch them.
Medicine that kill them will also kill your shrimps.
Hopefully there is not many in your tank.

anyone knows what species this is?
bought it for cheap, and it's growing fast, wonder if it'll start to munch up my fishes if it grows any bigger, it's currently around 3+CM long..

look like feeder shrimp aka ghost shrimp. They are not friendly towards dwarf shrimp and small fish.

They are killing your shrimps. I had it in my tank. It cames either with your new plants.
