QUOTE(davido @ Mar 7 2017, 11:40 AM) Good luck with your sale. Thanks for the advice buddy. But currently tank not sufficient for me to keep all my guppy and shrimp.Suggest to keep your tank as spare because when you aquascape, a spare tank comes in really handy at some time. But maybe you already have a spare, so good luck anyway. Anyone knows where to buy PRL shrimp? Other than Shrimpoly as I need more females. I see SSS grade for sale but are they different from PRL? It populating to fast in just few month. The internal filter not able to produce clean water, It get dirty quite fast. That why plan to upgrade my tank at least to 2 and half feet with external filter. Anyway if anyone interested with my tank please PM. This post has been edited by kazarboys: Mar 7 2017, 02:12 PM |

QUOTE(cyh03176 @ Jun 26 2018, 04:43 AM) nope, i just simply float the packaging on top of the water for 15 minutes. and they only died after 3 days. all 3 died on the same day. others are surviving though. Maybe you try do 50% water change using RO water.update: bought sera aquatan water conditioner, seems no difference. the neon tetras are still swimming around, the shrimps are still hiding >.> only 1 would always come out and 3 more would occasionally come out but the other 4 will always hide inside the driftwood. i did see 3 exoskeleton though, maybe the 3 died after molting? (i had 10 rcs) ) Monitor for few days. This post has been edited by kazarboys: Jun 26 2018, 12:55 PM |

QUOTE(pentel @ Aug 13 2018, 12:45 AM) Hi, my shrimp tank is experiencing hair algae outbreak. Was told that Siamese algae eater (sae) would help but unfortunately the one that I got was useless. It’s aggressive as well and I suspect mine is the silver flying fox and not real sae. Does anyone know where to get true sae in Selangor? Amano is good just get 2 will do. Will clean up all the hairalgae in few days.I was also considering Amano but am worried that they will eat the cherry. Saw a couple of video on that although most people said the cherries were probably dead when Amano ate it. However I still don’t want to take the risk.. |
