your heart break in case the cover's pin broken ... (no cheap the cost of an ori cover)

if insist going through a pillar, better go to accessories shop pay a small fees for it

else just follow one's advise to reroute cable through it

If open too rough will break the clips. The clips are replaceable but expensive if buy back original. There are China alternative clips available.

Viofo is not selling in gearbest anymore? I tried to search there but cannot find.

I saw the generic A118C is on flash sale in GB. Seems like good alternative for those looking for cheap dashcam.

im torn between ddpai mini2 and viofo a119.. both seems to be good,

but viofo doesnt have wifi connectivity while ddpai mini 2 has it.

however, a quick search over the net, ddpai doesnt have many reviews to make me want to commit to it.

I'm using the gearbest generic a118c now. And so far it's been working fine biggrin.gif

I got post somewhere in this thread or another before on the video quality. So far under hot sun either while driving or after parked no lens or video warping. For my rm130 damn good deal. Quality is pretty good too

A119 owners, are you using 32GB or 64GB?

Is 32GB sufficient for the 1440p recording mode?
