Anyone unifi tv got problem? I can't watch any channel since morning, just show satellite icon there.

Nope. Working fine here. Even rebooted the box twice d. Still no issues. Try rebooting yer router and modem n see if that fixes it..

are you using windows's safari browser?

using which website? playtv or hypptv?
playtv got problem saving username and password, you need to reload a few times in order to access it...

the old url is good to go, no problem but if you encounter problem, just reload a few times and everything is fine again.

already have the webtv plugin installed, but can't seem to access playtv website on safari 
said cannot secure the website or something, same with chrome.

contacted tm with issue yesterday, all they did was reset my password, uninstall and reinstall both IE11 and the plugin. Did it, still the same. They told me that they will look into it again....
ie still stucked on loading after logged in details

somehow I can only access the log in page on firefox and ie, not chrome or safari.

anyone experience this issue....mine only channel by Media Prima (TV3, TV9 etc) got effected..unifi play tv also same.

U seem to hv problems with playtv often...

which i dun hv... and unifitv good too, few problems for years.

What device r u using?

Ethernet or wifi, what distance?

Possible yr device not optimized for the app.

Some devices cant even run or run properly.

Or yr wifi reception is poor, speed too low.

got 5 bar for wifi, today certain channel still have the "gambar pecah symptom", tv3 cannot access but other media prima channel is OK, cjwowshop channel also have this "clear HD but gambar pecah symptom", one of the TVN channel also got this problem, and one of the FOX channel also kena...

dlink-850L, unifi lite, other streaming site no problem. just playtv android and desktop pc, both 2.4 & 5 ghz, already reboot with different ip, still same problem. either getting all channel or maybe few channel will suffer. this problem started after unifi did something to the hardware or setting.

my suspicion is yr device, the pc.

the app is NOT optimized for windows.

try the app on other devices - phone, tablet, androidbox, smart tv... at same distance wifi.

i'm using c7 v2 with lede, tried tagging a new ssid to iptv vlan. it works at first, after few days doesnt work anymore only satellite broken logo came out. ntp and drm thing was succesful. using cable iptv works fine. any idea why?
