Can. Run as many split connections as you need through as many switches as long as the cables start at the router on the iptv lan port. Even using managed switch it will still be the same if configuration is set properly. As long as the connection line doesn't get interrupted at any point, the stb will get to reach the router and work. But then again, if you're gonna run a long cable from the router, might as well plug it straight into the stb no? Why bother with the switch in the first place..
