Today I watch NHK.. No HD! Quality is very bad! Not even 480p I guess. More like 360p!! What happened? Watch on browser or the hypptv box also like that.

Still no news on new channel, huhu~ the only thing i have is UnifiTV currently on major platform upgrade in stages(hence the outage recently)to introduce new function such as 4K, PVR and many more...but not sure when the upgrade will complete...lets wait n see.

Awesome. Finally, we can record the shows and movie. Since HyppTV was the first TV provider in Malaysia to showcase the technology back in Rio 2016, it is expected to be the first provider to provide this kind of service to the consumer. Big thumb up to Unifi TV.

Well, we still don't know how much will the 4K and PVR service cost, but most likely cheaper than Astro.

Won't mind getting a more powerful box if can sideload other apps

netflix in unifitv must not be too expensive for users to take.

but if too low, it will be hard for unifitv to invest in new STBs to justify.

original idea was to integrate Netflix into HyppTV box and also have a single unified billing. from Netflix perspective, it could help them to boost take-up rate in Msia

Guys, how to watch hypptv on laptop. currently running windows 7. I try using modzilla, chrome and IE..can access into hypptv website, but once i click watch, it show error.

My access on hypptv via android box has limited channels instead of Ruby.. How to address this

Not all channels available in the app and some channels are only accessible by the subscribers with STB.

Hi guys wanna clarify this, called 100 and live chat but no one can answer my question.

I am being charged rm227 for unifi advance, with ultimate pack (60) and ruby plus pack (40), I kept on asking the personnel if I were being charged double but no one can answer me and they just put me on hold.

What speed?

Free calls, i.e std?

When u start, i.e. contract date?

Go to TMPoint to ask them to remove either the ultimate or the ruby plus pack. Btw ruby plus pack should be RM30, not 40.

Call them many times. Usually my bill just RM160. last month they charge me RM312. they will refund after 2 months.

if there had been no change in package of any sort, it is just an admin mistake.

if u had change packs, new contract, etc., possible there r some other changes u r not aware or mistakes.
