Anyone know how to solve Hypptv sangkut-sangkut. Audio clear no problem just Hypptv channel only even TV1, TV3, HD channel also sangkut-sangkut (PJust like this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EBRPXMRVmzU). The video not mine but the problem same. Normal technician came also cannot solve. More expert technician came also not solve. I watch netflix ultra HD on Hypptv no problem, youtube HD also no problem, Kodi 1080 video also no problem. Watched football SEA Games sangkut-sangkut. anyone know how to solve the problem?

Note: Format, restore and use fan to cool down the Hypptv box also same problem.

Format and restore without third party apps also same problem. Pure Hypptv box preinstall apps only.

Done that also. No problem with the cable and router. Even I use different tv also same result.

So the STB itself problem? possible to watch hypptv if I buy third STB with higher spec? If yes what is the procedure to watch if you know? TM livechat seems do not know much because they answer the question like a template copy paste

Yeah from normal technician to expert technician. Still same they refuse to change. If you have some trick to persuade them please share.

I just asking because I already report to TM several times since I get the STB. That is why I asking this forum in case someone know the solution and problem.

For me consider normal for streamyx. I have called 100 many times, even from normal technician to high end technician (TM's normal technician said). I even do diagnostic test the connection ok, speed test 8.4 mpbs still same. So if I am fed up I just report to MCMC to get any rebate if TM's customer service wont attend my case. If you have solution please let me know.

Call them many times. Usually my bill just RM160. last month they charge me RM312. they will refund after 2 months.

Call 100 then report the problem. Now they closed the report but the problem still there. Mine already more than a month.
