guys, do your stringray iconcert HD channel having a very soft volume? ...my android volume already at maximum volume, so hard to enjoy those nice concerts videos...

Anyone have issues with unifi tv? I can view channel list 100 but when i enter any of the channels it shows a satellite icon with X mark

Haha. I was inside my bedroom when my kids told me no TV. Went out asked them, one of them said accidentally pushed tv table.. got freaked out and started rebooting box router and tweaking here and there. Kids also got scolded, lol.. now taking them out as redemption

already 30 minutes stilll black screen unifi tv.... BAD APES.... eh... BAD SERVICES... TM should give customer discount... hope SKMM will take care of this issue..

same here, unifi tv not connecting

same. i try calling tm, queue = 91 ppls. then i know something is wrong. came here and yes, im not alone

hahahaha call centre can't handle amount of complaint. weekend summore. it will take at least half day to restore.

The problem was fixed last night in most of the areas. Mine has been fixed yesterday at 5 PM. Well, you can check when you're free.

Thanks for the update. Yes I have checked & it is back to normal. I would like to know of the new channels too! Anyone who started off with Megapack & now auto upgraded to Ultimate Pack already? This I got from Unifi Customer Care. Mine still not upgraded yet.

You can message them on Unifi's Facebook page and they will reply you within a few hours (most of the time). By the way, 'ed, do you have any news regarding whether any new channel will be launched on Unifi TV next month.
