I can't find the app you mention for iOS and in their web site. Is it available for both Android & iOS? What's the name of the app?
2. I have a balance of RM6 and subscribe to UMI 18. So if I top up RM 20, can I still use my balance RM6 or will it be forfeited ?
*
It is only for Android apparently.

Unfortunately that iPhone's developer fee is too high, or else I would have go for it sweat.gif

For your 2nd question, you can't subscribe for the UMI18 if you have less than RM18 in your credit. If you change the sequence and reloaded the RM20 first then only subscribe, then all of the RM 6 will be used + RM 12 over the RM20 that you've reloaded will be used. So, you will have a leftover of RM 8 that can be used.

Mathematical Form: 6 + 20 - 18 = RM 8

yeap. it is just like normal usage, you can't call if your balance is 0, you'll need to top up first before you can call again smile.gif

Anyone ever made complaint to U-Mobile that the free minutes/sms to other U numbers are only used after UMI minutes?

That is their policy though. You can try, but I doubt that it'll work.

nope, it is not. That is, if you do call any U Mobile users.

For the amount of reload that you've reloaded, you will get the amount of minutes of free calls to u mobile numbers for the amount of reload of days.

For example, if you have reloaded RM30 then you will have 30 days of free calls to any u mobile numbers.

If I subscribe UMI18 for example, it comes with 30 minutes of free calls to any numbers of any network.

Now, the policy of U Mobile is that free calls given by the UMI18 is used first then only the free call given by the reload.

So, if I've used up all of my 30 minutes of the free calls given by UMI18 to call numbers of other operators, then only I call any umobile numbers, then it will be more "worthwhile". While if you called U Mobile's first then only you call numbers of other operators, it would mean that you'll have less free call time to call numbers from other operators.

Yeah they can of course choose whatever they want. Maybe I'll just try to ask ask, won't know if someone agree with me.

Since this is a fan club, why don't you create a downloadable template so that anyone can just add their name and sent it?

Sent di. Anyone who agrees with me please send this (I chose the subject 'Others').

----------------------------------------------------------

To whom it may concern,

I am a prepaid UMi user. One of the benefits I enjoy as a prepaid user is free calls/SMS to my family and friends who also use U-mobile which I receive when I reload. Another benefit is the minutes of free calls and free SMS given with the UMi plan.

Unfortunately, the way the UMi plan calls/SMS are calculated is disadvantageous to me as a consumer. The free SMS/calls I receive from the UMi plan are used up first, even when calling/SMSing a U-Mobile number.

The effect of this is to reduce/eliminate the benefit to me of having my friends and family also use U-Mobile. There is no practical difference between SMSing and calling U and non-U numbers unless I have used up all the free UMi minutes/SMS.

I would like to request that for calls and SMS to U-Mobile numbers, the free calls/SMS received from topping up be used first before the UMi minutes/SMS.
