QUOTE(peejayboy @ Oct 24 2014, 03:15 PM) and yes...the top that touches the hood fabric cover is creating the rubbing sound.. does yours produce any rubbing sound when it hits the hood fabric cover? yes, got space between the bar and snorkel... didnt here any scrubbing sound. the bar just barely touch the hood cover. |

QUOTE(azrul24 @ Oct 24 2014, 03:53 AM) Easy. Normal screw and nut. And make sure after u unscrew it there's a nut that hold the screw inside ur bumper, dont forget to take it. Owh and ur car gonna look ugly, already remove it but thinking of putting back. Haha Oh ok thanks brother. Mine sharing with me pictures of the car without the splitter? I'd assume it'd look a bit like the Satria Neo CPS, which is not too bad |

QUOTE(Max @ Oct 25 2014, 11:43 PM) u can try step on the after removed.. make straight back.. Ahh I see. Cause I've seen a few neo cps have the scrubbing issues like mine. Probably is manufacturing tolerances that causes it. yes, got space between the bar and snorkel... didnt here any scrubbing sound. the bar just barely touch the hood cover. I plan to use the non cps intake snorkel and fit the older strut bar instead. |

QUOTE(peejayboy @ Oct 26 2014, 05:48 PM) Hey is your 205/45r16 on stock suspension? Because I plan to change to this size but I'm afraid of the larger wheel gap. Stock absorber but with R3 spring.Well ur right with wheel gap, stock spring will left a huge wheel gap since the tyre is already low profile so it makes ur wheel looks funny though.I will try to sell my R3 spring after i get my adjustable.hehe.. |

Ahh r3 springs..won't your oem absorbers worn faster on r3 springs?I will try to sell my R3 spring after i get my adjustable.hehe.. guess I'll stick to 195/50/16 atm then..dont want the weird wheel gap or probably use r3 springs along with this size lol |

After change to R3 spring, do your Neo hit shoppin complex ramp a lot more than OEM spring? Thinkin of getting R3 spring but car sure more lowered and hit the road I will try to sell my R3 spring after i get my adjustable.hehe.. |

The absorber itself will be worn out someday anyway and its not like you fix sport spring today and in 2 weeks its leaks or something.Unless you go with spring that radically lowered your car by 3 fingers or spiriting driving all the corner you take, than its shorten the shocks faster. guess I'll stick to 195/50/16 atm then..dont want the weird wheel gap or probably use r3 springs along with this size lol |

Hmm, what if I pair R3 springs together with the oem tire size 195/50R16, do you think it will scrub fender? And currently on stock suspension, my rear (2 finger) as compared to my front (2.5 finger). Weird setup by Proton |

Because I plan to change to this size but I'm afraid of the larger wheel gap. i'm using 205/45/16 with stock suspension. the larger gap is not noticeable. in actual it is just an additional 5mm gap, hardly can be noticed. but using 205 tyre give a wider surface area, better grip and handling. |
