Guys, one simple question. How is the seatbelt notification supposed to work if we're not wearing them? The red light stays illuminated, buzz sound, etc. Because mine doesn't warn me if i'm not wearing my seatbelt at all. Just want to if this is the car problem or it's supposed to be this way. Tq fellas.

QUOTE(carrera_gt @ Sep 21 2014, 06:50 PM) Ok thank you bro for the info. Had my car for 2 weeks already now and loving it. Since before this i drove a Naza Ria, the difference in handling is just massive! Haha. The only problem with my Neo is the turn signal doesn't get back to it's original position even after a u-turn. Will rectify it during my !000km service later. |

QUOTE(azrul24 @ Oct 24 2014, 03:53 AM) Easy. Normal screw and nut. And make sure after u unscrew it there's a nut that hold the screw inside ur bumper, dont forget to take it. Owh and ur car gonna look ugly, already remove it but thinking of putting back. Haha Oh ok thanks brother. Mine sharing with me pictures of the car without the splitter? I'd assume it'd look a bit like the Satria Neo CPS, which is not too bad |

QUOTE(Max @ Oct 28 2014, 10:57 AM) last weekend mod. Dude that's like the best thing ever! I always couldn't be bothered to lock the car when i'm inside because trying to reach the lock would prolly break my back or something liddat. And the fact that you DIY it makes me convinced that it's not that hard......or maybe you're just a pro hahahasince neo doesn't have auto brake lock and unlock button.. quite difficult for passenger to pull/push driver's central lock. i reuse mitsu flip side mirror switch, replacing the original side mirror switch. the 'flip' switch rewired to central lock module. negative trigger lock/unlock. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

Hye guys. I'd like to ask about my 2nd service interval. In the receipt after the first service it said that i need to send my car after 6 months or 10k km. But on the sticker that they stick inside the car, it said to send the car after 3 months or 5k km. So which one should i follow? Tq in advance for any replies

QUOTE(carrera_gt @ Feb 5 2015, 10:12 PM) R3 exhaust + R3 ECU ECU might be the last one to be upgraded. After exhaust, probably will be air filter, suspension, tyres, etc. I think you'd own your neo for quite some time right bro? What mod have u done to your car, if u don't mind telling again |

QUOTE(carrera_gt @ Feb 7 2015, 10:12 PM) Oic hehe..good mod planning The only exterior 'mod' i'd done to the car is tint the headlights and change the plate num. LOL. Don't know what else i can do since the R3 bodykit package is already good looking.Mine still keep my neo stock. Only change rim from 16 inch to 15 inch. Next mod shud be exterior mod. Since I fancy exterior looks QUOTE(hide1988 @ Feb 7 2015, 10:55 PM) Will try to look around in this thread bro. Not just SC la, other brands/shops also OK if the quality and price tally QUOTE(ahpaul82 @ Feb 8 2015, 12:05 AM) Supercircuit 4-2-1 extractor : RM780.00Supercircuit catback exhaust system : RM1680.00 Both price is including installation. QUOTE(afiqms @ Feb 8 2015, 12:22 AM) Actually, there is more expensive exhaust system than R3 I know bro. The price gap are actually so far away for some brands/shops. I don't mind changing the exhaust system at some 'uncle' shop. As long the quality is good.Air filter upgrade not much gain on performance, it is just placebo effect~ Suspension upgrade is OK but mind you that stock suspension is already not on the comfort side, make sure you know what you want~ you want more performance, have to sacrifice comfort~ you never know how tiring it is travelling from KL to Terengganu in a fully spirited driving with adjustable suspension~ Tyres upgrade is highly recommended, minimum is Toyo T1R but Michelin PS3 is the best all rounder~ the best dry tires for me now is Yokohama AD08R, it sticks like a lizard! I was actually looking for the R3 carbon fibre air box. But proton told me that they'd stopped production on that already. 2nd hand prices are also ridiculous. So might be going for K&N Suspension is not in the near future. Might be end of the year bonus project hehe Tyre is a bit tricky. Not a lot of brands are selling 195/50 R16 like the stock Conti MC5. Might have to change the size, and do it at the same time im changing the suspension. What mods have u done to your car bro? Share share here |

QUOTE(ahpaul82 @ Feb 8 2015, 11:36 AM) so total is RM2460 for full set. Yeah was talking about before discount. Like i said, most brands are expensive because of the brand itself. Supercircuit included. Some 'uncle' shop selling for almost half price and quality might be the same. The reason im more inclined towards supercircuits than R3 is because their products are dyno proven and i personally have friends that is using their system and is absolutely loving the added power. heck, i might even go for supercircuit extractor and R3 catback exhaust. Price is subjective when it is for performance parts, right bro? The only thing holding me back is i'm looking at mix and match the exhaust system to suit my personal specs. This is a daily driven car, not for weekend fun onlywhile R3 full set when having 35% discount, it only RM1600+, excluding installation, if full set installation is RM150, you do the calculation loh. if I remember correctly, the R3 full set without discount is RM2470. this is the last month promotion leaflet: [attachmentid=4334585] |
