Went to see this place earlier.
Sales gallery was dead quiet. No promos or discounts whatsoever. Anyone knows what exactly are the benefits for this project? Maintenance rm0.55psf without sinking fund. Pricing more than rm1k psf and layouts not that nice, first 6 floors will be dark and dingy due to being very close to the car park building. Wonder what would the rental yields be |

I don't think they will build any bridge.. only way is to walk to Cochrane MRT and use underground walkway to mytown like you said Since this is a residential project, wouldn't it be better to just build a covered walkway towards the Cochrane MRT station? I'm sure it will benefit both this project and its upcoming Phase 2. And frankly, I'm surprised that they're still sticking to their current status quo, unless they're in no hurry to sell this project or hoping that more foreign buyers will buy their units... |
