Ia it really integrated with mytown? There isn't even any way to cross the 4 (6 lanes?) road to get to mytown. Are they building a pedestrian bridge?

Really? For unsold units, developer will every month deposit into the management account?

But then, before JMB is formed, developer will be the management, right? Then they can just charge whatever management fee they like. Left pocket to right pocket.

Depends on management committee. The other Boustead condos in Mutiara Damansara cannot do airbnb.
