Bathroom 3 is in the central of the unit; bad fengshui.

This has got to be the worst product I've seen in a very long time.

1) Impractical layout
2) Separate car park block at this price point? Ridiculous
3) Near to MyTown/IKEA but cannot cross over - have to go through Cochrane MRT (300m away) to get into MyTOwn underpass via MRT - Could've fund a walk way bridge to IKEA but don't think they care
4) No rebates, nothing - are we in the BBB market?
5) Bare units - nothing provided
6) Front door and balcony railing looks damn cheap - very low cost looking

Hence my question - are they even trying to sell? I suggest they cancel the sales, and go back to the drawing board because the sales won't reach 30%

if 500-600k, i might consider to purchase.

Duh if it was 500k, I won't even bother with my comments and bought one (or two) without a second thought.

1) condo layout come come go go also like that la.. wat u expect..
2) if no separate car park, how to block those low cost flat view who hang their cloth at balcony/yard?
3) got 2 traffic light for you to cross over d, why need walk way?
4) rebates ? they can mark up 1.5m and rebate 300k... you want?
5) so rich to get 1m property d, can afford to renovate sendiri.
6) view their gallery photo, it look much more better.
