6) view their gallery photo, it look much more better.

as of today; sales are pretty bad and strangely they dont really care. waiting for recovery?
bare unit, aircond unit. starts at 880k (yeah see car park lah).

I would like to ask everyone to write to Onecochrane asking them to lower the maintenance to 35 sen.
Then it will sell more.

They should also offer some rebates to improve the sales. From that sales chart above, it seems like there are a lot of own-stayers as a lot of Type 7 units are snapped up, save for the few on the lower floors. The rest aren't doing too well. hmm.gif

Maintenance fee is just an estimation. They can simply tell you it is 20sen today, but the collection upon VP is double or even higher based on the actual cost. Furthermore, it's also depends on what kind of maintenance quality that you want.

One Cochrane any rebates? Such poor sales?
More than 10000 units going to settle in 2021 2022... so much supply..any demand to absorb?
