memang goodluck to them..if same price as Velocity than ok la.. but overall Velocity is a better bet than this one.. this one got double mall though..

One of the largest ikea stores in the world should be enough to entice people to this side of town..

So far1mbd has proved NOTHING & remains a project that might not make it as they will not get any more loans from all those banks that they almost defaulted on.. Simple comparison:
1 got mega project next station away
1 is more luxurious in a btr neighborhood with successful malls/retail/office nearby..

If MD is 900 this one is 1100.. Afterall, TRX is NOTHING like KLCC in terms of developer background etc...petronas was always our major fuel company.. 1mbd is a new kid on d block n no tenants fr the opis towers for now.. They shld bring in stan chart global hq la laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

Also, TRX apartment might be around the same price range as their plot ratio is MUCH HIGHER...
