Since this is a residential project, wouldn't it be better to just build a covered walkway towards the Cochrane MRT station? I'm sure it will benefit both this project and its upcoming Phase 2.

And frankly, I'm surprised that they're still sticking to their current status quo, unless they're in no hurry to sell this project or hoping that more foreign buyers will buy their units...

Yes this is a very expensive development even when you take into account it is freehold.

I believe most who went to see it would have gone on to buy a unit at SV2 instead biggrin.gif

Buyer get Buyer plan incentive.

New Incentives RM20,000 for new buyer and RM10,000 for introducer [existing buyer]

Just got an email from One Cochrane dated 28-Jun-2019.

Existing buyer introduces new buyer,

1) new buyer will get RM20,000 rebate on first 10% deposit payment
2) existing buyer as introducer will get RM10,000 commission

If you are keen to buy, I can be your introducer and will share with you RM5,000 from the RM10,000 that I receive as a commission.
I bought my unit one year back.

nope because below is the MRT stations, so they already did the pilling earlier...if not it will not be able to do it now.

This project was and has been planned way before this....but due to market condition and financial constraint it was pull back.

Thus why the layout is abit odd, i think maybe for phase 2 they would try to redesign it but it would has to be based on the pilling points and structure strength that has been provided earlier.
