Both are different products. One is for owner occupied the other may attract investors/speculators

Does it really matter if its ownstay or stayed by tenant or mixed of both?

Should pay attention on location and pricing b4 sink yr teeth in.

it matters... owner occupier can pay a premium for a location, facilities, freehold status, facilities etc as you are going to live there and enjoy the facilities. but for investors, the mathematics and numbers must make sense with regards to cash flow of investment.

no sane investors would buy one cochrane even at 850 per sq ft as the maintenance fee of almost 0.60 per sq ft itself would compromise your cash flow.

am not saying tis one cochrance is a better buy.

even SV2 is not an ideal investment property.
