Went to see this place earlier.

Sales gallery was dead quiet.

No promos or discounts whatsoever.

Anyone knows what exactly are the benefits for this project?

Maintenance rm0.55psf without sinking fund.

Pricing more than rm1k psf and layouts not that nice, first 6 floors will be dark and dingy due to being very close to the car park building.

Wonder what would the rental yields be

No building of any bridges, integration is through the MRT station.

Also to note, it won't always be next to the MRT station, the space next to it is earmarked for a project as well.

Unlikely most that goes to Mytown would be potential clients for any development at this type of price.

Yes this is a very expensive development even when you take into account it is freehold.

I believe most who went to see it would have gone on to buy a unit at SV2 instead biggrin.gif

You got to be bonkers to invest in this.

The only real benefit to this is it is one of the few freeholds and the layout of some units moves away from the usual long and narrow especially for the studio.

I suppose the other benefit is you can lay claim to being nearest to Cochrane MRT station for now.

Sunway Velocity 2 is a better buy than this.
