I always thought that service residences can be linked to a mall or another commercial property but not a residential project?

Since this is a residential project, wouldn't it be better to just build a covered walkway towards the Cochrane MRT station? I'm sure it will benefit both this project and its upcoming Phase 2.

And frankly, I'm surprised that they're still sticking to their current status quo, unless they're in no hurry to sell this project or hoping that more foreign buyers will buy their units...
