Also pray for buyer’s pocket to sustain until can get the house keys. Otherwise default halfway is really wasted. Already 5 years if buyers financially troubled for the next 5 years then can say bye bye to their purchased home

No need to guess…if the property is under HDA can walk in to kpkt to enquire on the project status..

Second indicator is to see whether the site got movement for the past 6 months anot…

Both should be doable given there is a large buyer group with collective action

Laymans are better to buy completed units, undercon proj are for sophistocated investors…

Wun have such hassle in the first place if buyers bought completed unit, u pay what u get, then this forum posts wun be so long ady haha
