200 m walk from Cochrane MRT, enjoy conveniences just opposite from MYtown and IKEA, covered walkway to sunway velocity amenities, freehold , solid unblocked north facing with KL city view, around 800-900 psf and large unit. A solid buy with great potential of uptick.

Dont compare coz V2 is remotely of the same league with 1C. 1C has mall with middle upper class ie: Muji, Pull & Bear, love bonito, victoria secret.. while the other one near to mall for middle lower class like err.. giordano, FOS, G2000.. but honestly, it suits you.
