If Mytown opens year end of 2016 and it is successful, this will benefit the sales of one cochrane.
Launching one cochrane at 2016 year end is a strategic move.

Mine is just scenario assessment on what they will do by leveraging Mytown as best advantage.

Velo, launched their highrise first, "selling" an impression that Velomall (under Sunwai management), will succeed like Pyramid. So they may underestimate Boustead.

Boustead in contrast, "launched" Mytown first and use Mytown to attract buyers on their highrise.

Mytown is still in leading so far. Velo a bit quiet on their action. I avoid putting my verdict despite my preference on Mytown. Also, cannot underestimate Sunwai on their strike back.

Once Mytown and Velo officially open business to battle, the result will be known. Cheras people win by having multiple choices of malls to visit.

Yes for low floor units of Ekocheras.
Ekocheras average circa 700psf, some low floor units are low 6xxpsf after rebate...

Near to two cemeteries.
Depending on the unit facing(orientation angle), most units won't see cemetery.

Wow... You also entered from the back. The ramp width is two cars wide but not divider. So l observed during my exit, a mpv in front of me racing and trying to overtake the car in front if it.


Infact, this entrance is a better option for someone really doesn't mind of going rounds but purely to avoid long queue to/from Petronas traffic light. Instead, one can use Jln Makhota (of Maluri commi area) then turn right into this Jln Nakhoda Yusof entrance....
