no wrong what, one chochrane can walk to both velocity and mytown ikea
V2 kenot walk to mytown ikea, only velocity, plus one cochrane is nearer to mrt compared to v2

no matter how close one cochrane are to golden triangle, it is still not in the area.

if saying a ratio of 70:30 of investment and ownstay, investor doesn't mean they agree to airbnb as well, some are just going to rent out whole unit, thus is not easy
