graphic feels more smoother when playing metro last light...that's all that i noticed. i updated from a quite old driver.

From 326.01, now downloading to try this 326.19, will update here with my findings

Finally, long overdue for V12 and here it is!

Currently using 320.49 WHQL drivers. "Metro Last Light" seems fine, don't seem to have the crash issue on this driver as many reported. Can't say for sure if the performance is better... using GTX 680

Running the same game, the card now runs 6C cooler.. not bad. No game or synthetic benchmark yet.

Guys, I have a small question. Are the 680 Gigabyte reference card a good card? Have there been any problem with this model? I couldn't find any in google. Someone is selling one for about 300$, and I'm just wondering if that's a good price for a reference card.

Cheapest reference GTX 670 = Leadtek GTX 670 @ RM1090
Cheapest reference GTX 760 = Leadtek GTX 760 @ RM799

Performance difference = 670 faster by ~ 8%

Highest factory OC'ed GTX 760 = Zotac GTX 760 AMP! Edition @ RM949

Performance = Should be on par or slightly faster than reference 670

Rav3m82 is better u find GTX 670 on GS.

Any way here are some benchmark and GTX 780s are at stock and 3570k at 4.3GHZ

The reference card is the same for all brands. It is based on Nvidia's reference PCB and cooler design. Check out any reference 680 review would do. $300 (USD??) seems like a fair price for a used 680.

I've just installed it late last night. But haven't played any games with it yet. Only managed to run some Heaven benchmarks and so far so good.

Haha actually I'm afraid of those benchmark, cause they push the GPU till max, meaning highest temperature 80c 90c. Hurt my card

760 got boost 2.0 ma and newer, performance slightly lower 5% with 670, 670 performance better, unless 760 OC

I thought 690 would have less fps compared to Titan cos titan is the newer 690 for the 700 series

how do you get such low temp I was only able to get 65-68 for my 580gt idle when i ran sc2(wonder if thats idle) but not playing in the menu itself

Among the single GPU/core cards, Titan still sitting on the throne, followed by GTX 780 behind.
GTX 690 is basically a single card but with 2 GTX 680 GPU/cores on it.
Currently, the GTX 690 tops a Titan; So does a single 7990. But these both are dual GPU cards. Hope that explains.

I set my fan speed to 55% (i dont want to increase cause a bit noisy) i dont use auto mode because it can goes up to 70c scare it hurts my card so manually set fan speed

yep u rite...i also using manually throttle my fan speed if auto i got 20% fan speed and temp will go to 60-75c if i play game so 50% fan speed is enough to cool down my card..

Titan was released as the most powerful single chip solution. 690 is a dual chip card.

For Zotac, not too sure about their 760s and 770s which uses their own custom cooler, but their 780 which is Nvidia reference design runs just the same as other reference 780 cards, temperature-wise.

maybe they want survey other brand's with reasonable price...

everything is fine IMO, as long as it doesn't hit above 90 lol

Tested Zotac 770, max temp i can get for stressing it is 86.
EVGA 770 ACX also hit 82 with the same stress test.

yea...need clean that dust first for me i clean that dust and every 6 months or 1 year will change thermal to give best cool for my gpu...

What app you run to stress it to that levels?

Yup...it is very stable....no hang/artifacts so far...touch wood....

Any NVIDIA GTX 560 users out there experience intermittent fan buzzing noise? Mine happened 2 days ago I tot it was some dust accumulating on the fan but after cleaning, it still makes that noise.
Gona try updating the driver to see if that helps...
