i am helping my fren to build a new decent pc, should i get 670 or 760?

ha? i tot wat rav3n82 said is gtx760 is a good buy.. cos at rm949 it might have better performance compare to stock 670.

but 670 price reference oledi rm1090, gtx760 oc oledi can beat 670 reference at lower price.

if i wanna buy gtx770 better go for newegg? cos malaysia overpriced..

i tot we got newegg malaysia tat provide the shipping? why we need to ship directly to msia? the shipping charges by newegg my is reasonable. the thing i saw about zotac is tat the temperature is quite high >< if ship from newegg asus gtx770 around 1400 include shipping, unless newegg my got additioinal charges la..

4gb ram will give better performance for 1080p?

ok thanks bro, so better i just get 2gb, not thinking of going any higher than 1080p yet lol.. if i were to order a gtx770 from newegg, wat is the best choice?

but but... EVGA 770 acx so damn cool >< zotac color orange very ghey a... i saw zotac temperature quite high.. but 80c should be ok right? my room abit heaty during day time..

all the card will have gpu boost 2.0?

MSI fan failed me like 3 times oledi, very lousy quality i can say.. i rma my 560ti for ram faulty, then fan, then fan again.. so it is a big no no for msi.

high for ur body but for GPU? i dont think so. As long as not reaching the design Tmax of the GPU, nothing will happen, just ur system will feel hot only.

but of course, lower the better, so ur overall system not so hot, GPU hot might transfer hot air to ur CPU, cpu is more fragile, Tjmax owes around 70-80c only.

as i said, cooler is better, but doesnt mean hot at 80c will give significant damaging effect on GPU.

woo all the way from 560ti can expect around 50% performance increase... very tempting

yeah.. good if no plan to add extra peripheral card.. but if around zotac amp! price really can consider..
