you are so right, just becoz the 700 series is new, these local vendors are overpricing them so much.  doh.gif  If you ever need to send back to US, it wont even cost you that much in total compared to buying it locally.

Gigabyte GTX770 4gb = RM 1525 .... tell me where you going to find, even top up RM 500 also you cant get.
Cycom selling Gigabyte GTX770 2gb at 2k~  doh.gif  LOL

Even if you product got problems and needs to send back to US, you think shipping so expensive??

Check out newegg's warranty policy, seems pretty good to me  notworthy.gif

SRP for Zotac GTX 770 4GB is RM 1549 in Malaysia with 2 years local warranty, 3 years extended warranty, and 3 free Splinter Cell Games. It's sold at Cycom.

Slashed off RM100 to match Leadtek (RM799). Else no one is going to recommend Zotac. laugh.gif
*
Not really. We could price it RM 30-50 more and there will still be people who would pay more for the Black PCB and extra 2 years warranty over any brands. Zotac reduced the price on new shipment so we simply passed on the savings.

On top of the new pricing. Zotac will also be giving out freebies with all the Zotac cards. rclxms.gif We can get all models into Malaysia within days, and our inventory seldom dip below 0 for more than 2-3 days.

One of the main selling point is that it has short cooler like Asus' card. That way you can put it into very small PCs to build something very powerful. Just to give you an idea, you can squeeze the 760 AMP! into Jonsbo V6, even toss in an LCS (ok this one we didn't verify but seems like it fits). All in a package about 30-40% smaller volume than a Prodigy.

Try checking with IdealTech on Leadtek GTX 760. For Zotac GTX  760, have you tried Cycom (LYP) or GBros (from Garage Sales)? I heard most are sold off already anyway.

Zotac can supply us as many cards as the market can absorb tongue.gif There's no such thing as "sold out". Now we can't speak for other brands. Our cards will arrive on Wednesday. There's a TON of them. rclxms.gif

Zotac GTX 770 AMP! is even slightly faster (splitting hairs here) than the MSI Lighting. There are reviews out there that you can google. Card sells so fast dealer cannot even pay us fast enough icon_idea.gif

What also don't have now, only 780, Titan, and 770 STD.

LOL, I was referring to the availability right now. It's currently sold out at most retail shops, yes? biggrin.gif

Cycom has the most complete inventory as of now:

- 770 2GB STD
- 770 2GB AMP!
- 760 2GB AMP!
- 780 3GB STD
- TITAN

We will have complete 7 series range again on Wednesday. The black out period for any models usually only lasts few days. We have VERY HIGH FREQUENCY turnover for Zotac, warranty can be taken care of very quickly since we don't need to wait for a few weeks on shipment. Previously the brand had some problems with RMA from the previous distributor, no idea what they pulled but it was apparently very bad. Some other brands of ours do suffer from slow RMA because of lower turnover. We have NO allocation problem with Zotac like some other brands so there's no need for us to jack up the SRP really high to make up for the lack of turnover. My only concern is Zotac does not have enough AMP! stock for us that's all biggrin.gif

so if turnover slows down, RMA also slows down?

For some products, yes. If there's no buffer for parts then it will have to wait for next shipment. Applies to all brands and products.

The Gainward phantom is a very aesthetically pleasing card. Sister company of Palit group. One problem with this card is that it takes up 2.5-3 slots.

Different partners would give out different games or none at all. ZOTAC has been giving out Splinter Cell 3 game compilation with 770 and 780. For Titan the bundle is Assassin's Creed.

they said cards that r clocked too high by aftermarket company often make the cards unstable
*
That's partially true. It depends on the QC. Then again there is something called warranty also biggrin.gif

In case of Zotac, each card is very thoroughly tested. In fact they are all tested in factory and overclocked. Cards that can hit the AMP specs are labelled AMP. Those that are not 100% stable would be sold as standard edition. This is the very same case for many ram manufacturers also.

Can't speak for other brands.

At the end of the day, #1, #2, #3 fastest cards are within 2-5 FPS difference. Usually not enough to be a determining factor to pick the card. Consider the whole package, cosmetics, pcb design (reference/non-reference), warranty, availability, pricing.

It's odd that the Palit Jetstream and Super Jetstram received underwhelming popularity. They fixed the noise issue and is within 2-3 FPS compared to the fastest cards. Its also a very well priced card. Perhaps it's the color? laugh.gif

"Epic Games Co-Founder says that NVIDIA is close to releasing something massive and that it is not a new GPU!
Earlier today, vice president of Epic Games, Mark Rein, tweeted something that instantly caught the tech world's attention. In his tweet, he said that earlier this week while at NVIDIA, he saw the most amazing thing and it was not a GPU. This is led to much speculation as Rein is a longtime supporter of Oculus VR's Rift technology."

Probably. If that is the case, I suppose Zotac should honor the deficiency and provide a replacement, since flashing a BIOS on your own puts yourself at risk as you could get a bricked card. Hexus has already edited their initial review on the 780 AMP!, but from this link here, some of the earlier review shows that it can't even meet the specified boost clock speed of 1059 MHz. sweat.gif

Never was there such a thing as replacing a whole card because of bios difference. Flashing the bios on a GPU is similar to flashing the bios on a mobo. It's very simple. People have been flashing AMD cards from 6950 to 6970 back in the days. We are waiting for Zotac to advice how to get the bios updated.

http://shield.nvidia.com/play-pc-games/

It doesn't play the games natively on the tablet. What it does is that it has an AFK mode that allows you to remote play the game from your PC. So now you can lie on your bed and remote control your PC with the Tegra note or with the shield.

There is no replacement for the 6GB of rams although the 780OC can already outgun the Titan in performance. If you need the rams to run multi or high res monitor, then there's no choice but to pay Nvidia's asking price for it. biggrin.gif If not, the 780 in dual is already more than enough power for almost any possible setup under 1600p

Virtually pointless to get the Titan. Consider that Titan is a 780 with higher Vram. You only need the rams if you are running higher than 1440p and if you are going multi screen.
