My friend also bought 1 unit,he only notice the S&P didn't stated carpark and free aircond.He got ask the SA and the lawyer.They verbally confirm will hv free aircond.Means all the carpark owned by SCP.My friend already call to SCP regarding this matter.If more buyer raise carpark issue to SCP will benefit to buyers.I get this photo from Season gardens buyer.I think all also same document get from SCP
