yes, normally it will stated in SNP with car park plan and highlight which is your parking lot if the parking lot is part of your parcel in your purchase.

but there are some developer didn't state in SNP which is your parking lot, that's mean it's not come as a parcel under your purchase. In that case, the parking lot is belongs to the management and they have the right to take care of the parking lot.

what I did for my apartment was wrote to developer and request for a black & white, written confirmation that I will get my parking lot FOC upon VP. Other freebies also should stated in separate letter or in any black & white form.

Confirmed with my lawyer cousin, according to him if carpark is not included into snp then the future snp will not also have the car park stated and if anything that the developer deny the so called stand alone undertaking letter cannot be enpowered! This is what he said! Anyone have any idea on that? There are fews examples out there (kv projects)that the developers denied liability and to be held no responsibility when problem arise! They say the purchasers have read and understand the content of the snp so no question at all !

Of course the snp lawyer said legal cause project given by developer , try to ask other lawyer and see! The carpark is still there for the purchasers but whether will the carpark be as side by side as promised or will it be tandem? Or one unit or two unit? Who's know right there are loopholes there and also the future snp will also not to have carparks stated there if the snp we signed doesnt include the possesion of car park

I go through the car park letter, the designated carpark depends on which floor you are buying whether for single, tandem or 2 single cp
and mine is with 2 single cp just that the allocation is not confirmed...
