My friend also bought 1 unit,he only notice the S&P didn't stated carpark and free aircond.He got ask the SA and the lawyer.They verbally confirm will hv free aircond.Means all the carpark owned by SCP.My friend already call to SCP regarding this matter.If more buyer raise carpark issue to SCP will benefit to buyers.I get this photo from Season gardens buyer.I think all also same document get from SCPAttached Image

what I did for my apartment was wrote to developer and request for a black & white, written confirmation that I will get my parking lot FOC upon VP. Other freebies also should stated in separate letter or in any black & white form.

Of course the snp lawyer said legal cause project given by developer , try to ask other lawyer and see! The carpark is still there for the purchasers but whether will the carpark be as side by side as promised or will it be tandem? Or one unit or two unit? Who's know right there are loopholes there and also the future snp will also not to have carparks stated there if the snp we signed doesnt include the possesion of car park

Btw, which block and type u bought? Come with how many carpark?

P.S: Take Note on 'Standard' First Schedule, item no. 4 - the Accessory parcel plan. Normally this for no. of carpark placement/indicator.

I bought at block D, type D with 1059sqft.
I go through the car park letter, the designated carpark depends on which floor you are buying whether for single, tandem or 2 single cp
and mine is with 2 single cp just that the allocation is not confirmed...

Heard from the SA, SCP Group - KL Traders Square is serving Mooncake and Chinese Tea this weekend and next weekend.

Just went to kl trader square sales office last weekend, have went to the site to see construction work and took some tanglung photo while having mooncake and chinese tea.

Have anyone been there? They are serving mooncake and chinese tea thru this week until this weekend.
