For those who missed MH Platinum Residency which sold majority of units could continue their BBB spirit in this development less than 1/2km away along the same trunk road.

How does this compare with Tropicana Metropark, Subang? Prices for 599 sf studio units after discount is RM 745psf and above. DIBS and SPA borne by developer.
