If u dont mind, what made u choose bennington over this?
*
This one too high density d, and personally I dislike commercial. Location wise I prefer Bennington because direct access to duke, off jalan Genting klang also not bad, even though fking jam, but kl trader there I think even worst>< Bennington lifestyle change concept capture my heart too, just feel like it's the special one I am looking for haha~ both also good actually, it's up to own preference~ btw i buy for own stay so both also good for me

Personally i think Genting Klang area Jam are worst than Jalan Gombak.

Both also can assess Duke highway.
*
personally i think no difference both also damn jam tongue.gif i think the main reason i choose bennington over kLts is density.

What are the different between two project interm of pricing, facilities etc???
*
Pricing wise Bennington slightly higher, but also bigger, psf around rm520, facilities KLTS have 8 thematic garden, 6 badminton court and 2 tennis court, i don't play both sports lol why not futsal or basketball cry.gif olympic size swimming pool and cycling path. KLTS will have a very big area for facilities due to high dense.

Bennington got 2 acre of rainforest-themed skypark, playground, rain forest themed sky lounge, tripped sky lounge/ gym, rooftop jacuzzi, sky theatre, infinity loop pool.

You are right! Basketball more popular than tennis in msia..by the way, how u defined high dense above? How big is the infinity pool for Bennington? 1or 2 carpark?
*
Yeah right !! i think they build tennis court trying to look more high class whistling.gif Because i am own stay, i just calculate directly how many units instead of unit per acre. For KLTS block A to F, total will be 3100 units. Thats too much for me, i cannot imagine early in the morning i have to fight with 2k ppl just to go out from my condo sweat.gif Bennington have 580 units for 2 block. 2 carpark for bennington, i not sure how big is the infiniti pool, no info on that but maybe you can look at the picture to have a feel on that.

So how many unit per acre for Bennington compare with KLTS? Total unit of SkyArena 2-3000 units also, right? The infinity pool look quite small/narrow from the picture u showed..why got a big hole at the middle of the pool?
*
The hole i think is the design lol, the pool not going to be too big from the picture, for 580 units to share shud be ok. Ascenda have 650 units while Bennington have 580 units, not sure the last phase will have how much, but ascenda and bennington build seperately and the last phase too. KLTS build all 5 block together in a building if i am not mistaken, will they need to share facilities and entrance? Only one block will build on a separated parcel.
Sky arena spread across 28 acre and KLTS is 17 acre, i think both also acceptable.

You really expert! Got any Bennington layout to show?
*
Too bad i didn't snap any photo of the layouts at the sales gallery, the next time i go there will take one or two for you, or if you can go there directly better la, not far from KLTS showroom what biggrin.gif btw KLTS showroom is really great, heard that they used more than 200k for the showroom thumbup.gif

KLTS maintenance RM 0.20 psf Vs BenningtonĀ  RM 0.30 psf ... this is important for me...kekeke

Jalan Gombak only jam during morning peak, whereasĀ  Jalan Genting Klang sewm like always jam.. if one wanna access to KL without toll then Jalan Gombak definitely better... then again as said earlier both can access to Duke Highway.

Really depends on what one really want & need, both has it's olus & minus.
*
Thats the benefit of being high dense, they can collect lesser from more ppl. really for own stay both is good, but for investment bennington might be better? biggrin.gif

You bought a unit but don't a copy of layout plan, must get it next time! What build up provided by Bennington? Both also bare unit or semi furnished?
*
Haha guess because they haven't launch that time and didn't have the brochure ready. I booked before the soft launch. Bennington is bare unit, KLTS is semi furnished(not really remember), but i do remember they mentioned 2 free aircond and water heater.

All write commercial title, but not sure the electric and water bill will follow residential rate or not
