Maybe u buy highest floor can't see those high tension cable.Tower B is way more cheaper than tower A

Got pro and cons buying early and late.U can see the price for Tower A and Tower B.Price differenc between rm11k to 20k.Tower B launch few month ahead Tower A.Price already increasing.If you buy Tower C,D,E maybe they will throw in some goodies

My friend bought block A,he already get letter for completion piling.Faster apply for cash rebate at sales gallery.He gone mad at sales gallery when SA told him,3 months only can get the cheque.

He bought Block A,bank already release 10%.KL Traders is 5% + 5%.Downpayment pay 5% and the rest 5% is after bank release.So the 5% u will get back from SCP group.My friend just apply for the 5%,he gone mad after SA told him need process 3 months.SA said need to pass many department only can gv back the other 5%.Received money fast but gv back to buyer very slow.

After u settle everything,they will tell u different stories.My friend also said before he make the booking said is 1 month.After he get the 1st billing and apply for it.Story change already said need to go thru various department.Bla bla
