Walao...don't scare me ler, I just bought one unit in KL Traders Sq last month.
Then what is the use of the car park bay letter?
Anyone can confirm the validity of the letter?
I ask the lawyer and she explain it's legal wor .....

I bought at block D, type D with 1059sqft.
I go through the car park letter, the designated carpark depends on which floor you are buying whether for single, tandem or 2 single cp
and mine is with 2 single cp just that the allocation is not confirmed...
