KLTS maintenance RM 0.20 psf Vs BenningtonĀ  RM 0.30 psf ... this is important for me...kekeke

Jalan Gombak only jam during morning peak, whereasĀ  Jalan Genting Klang sewm like always jam.. if one wanna access to KL without toll then Jalan Gombak definitely better... then again as said earlier both can access to Duke Highway.

Really depends on what one really want & need, both has it's olus & minus.

Thats the benefit of being high dense, they can collect lesser from more ppl. really for own stay both is good, but for investment bennington might be better? biggrin.gif

You bought a unit but don't a copy of layout plan, must get it next time! What build up provided by Bennington? Both also bare unit or semi furnished?
*
Haha guess because they haven't launch that time and didn't have the brochure ready. I booked before the soft launch. Bennington is bare unit, KLTS is semi furnished(not really remember), but i do remember they mentioned 2 free aircond and water heater.

All write commercial title, but not sure the electric and water bill will follow residential rate or not

No ! You think wrongly, it's under HDA will follow residential rate for utilities, only quick rent will be commercial.

4 years time, maybe 600-700K is considered normal price liao.

Just like now 400-500K is acceptable, compared to 4 years ago 200-300K is considered norm.

500-550K is current 2015 price, You think by 2020 can still get 500-550K easily or not ?

You can think if your boss pay you same salary until 2020 you still wanna work for him ??

4-5 years ago Property like this is 200-300K now can find any at 200-300K or not ?

Think future not think today as the house only ready by mid or late 2019.

Our currency keep shrinking expect thing keep getting expensive especially house.
