Didn't stated in S&P regarding which floor ur car park. After completion only know where is ur car park located
*
Allocation not stated is still acceptable but total unit of carpark to be given to particular unit bought not stated is arguble which also means the carpark will not have strata title and it is not even belong to the purchaser, spoke the the lawyer to demand a newly customized snp specifically due to this matter but was rejected! Loyar said it is only a very cheap unit oh compared to other but i was kind enough to hold my temper and let tht loyar knew that even it is not a million dollar property but all my hard earned money put into that nearly half million something apartment! Loyar didnt say anything after that! To all of you who already signed the snp does it stated how many car park to be given? Size of the tiles? Balcony? Free aircond? Seems scp very good on excluding all these thing and try to not be responsible if anything goes wrong!

Maybe the lawyer was right low price property car park not stated in SnP, actually KL Trd Sq is consider cheap by today standard as this is a rare few property launch below 500K in prime location with KL address.

As for the car park is already stated 19th floor up come with either 2 tandem car park or side by side, so the developer will mark which car park is allocate to you later when allocation done, need no worry.

Yes the car just allocate to you legally still belong to the mgmt/jmb, no there is no problem when sales later date, as the car park will not stated in the secondary SnP as well, new buyer can use the same car park previously allocate to you.

Perhaps some member here talking about extra car park they bought.
*
But after searching thru lyn i found out that many new launch between 300-500k got their carpark lot stated.
This is not the matter about cheap or expensive , its a legally binding contract between buyer and developer so i personally think it is better to put in there black and white for our security.

Without carpark layout is acceptable but quantity of carpark and whether it is tandem or side by side is not putting in snp thats abit fishy, maybe developer lack of confident when doing allocation for carparks so better dont put it in the snp if not later misallocate sure purchaser ask for compensation , haha,

Anyway , r u one of the buyer too?

i dunno about you or others, but all my purchases clearly states car park and its location in the SnP.

Quite true, saw many others got theirs included in the snp
Talking about price, dont think it is cheap also 5xxk after rebate for a less than thousand sf apartment with high dense and location gombak but no gk is a little pricey already, no choice , paid booking , was thinking to shift over to bennington which cost slightly higher than kltraders but bigger sf/size

I don't know which developer/project you bought, but most reputable project that I've encounter does state how many carpark(some even states which lot/level & its numbering), what kind of appliances & type of fitting that they'll provide for your unit/rooms. This to avoid argument & also a checklist for buyer to go through during VP.
Some may not in SPA but in a supplement document(aka Promo/Offer Package form) that need to be agree(signed) upon purchase.
Even cheap apartment that I've bought few years ago also mention how many carpark lot I entitle(minus where the lot is, lol)

Anyway, its still developer rights to do whatever they deem correct during sales.

P.s: better double confirm in black & white on how many carpark you got. I've encounter a developer did not honor the so call 'verbal' agreement as they say not mention in SPA/Promo/Offer forms.
*
So are u suggesting that if i go and ask for a black and white written form stating that 2 carparks which is side by side to be allocated for my unit purchased? But i spoke to the sa yesterday and they say dont have such document/ form and insisted this is a standard thing wor, but with 2500++ units i dont think they can lie lar if not later can create chaos and go on newspaper due to the power of crowd/purchasers complaining , this is one of the advantages of buying high dense prop because alot buyers will be experiencing the same as other , tgats y i put on sign ! Btw lawyer are too arrogant and misleding cum misrept what to do free snp ma, lol

yes, normally it will stated in SNP with car park plan and highlight which is your parking lot if the parking lot is part of your parcel in your purchase.

but there are some developer didn't state in SNP which is your parking lot, that's mean it's not come as a parcel under your purchase. In that case, the parking lot is belongs to the management and they have the right to take care of the parking lot.

what I did for my apartment was wrote to developer and request for a black & white, written confirmation that I will get my parking lot FOC upon VP. Other freebies also should stated in separate letter or in any black & white form.
*
any example to show ? Or do u mind if i ask u to share for a template so that i can write to them ? If the carpark does not belong to us will the management has any right yo charge us a one time fee or monthly fee when park? As i know the developer scp is doing carpark business so this maybe a loopjole for them to cari makan next time for a very high sense apt?

Walao...don't scare me ler, I just bought one unit in KL Traders Sq last month.
Then what is the use of the car park bay letter?
Anyone can confirm the validity of the letter?
I ask the lawyer and she explain it's legal wor .....
*
Of course the snp lawyer said legal cause project given by developer , try to ask other lawyer and see! The carpark is still there for the purchasers but whether will the carpark be as side by side as promised or will it be tandem? Or one unit or two unit? Who's know right there are loopholes there and also the future snp will also not to have carparks stated there if the snp we signed doesnt include the possesion of car park

Btw, which block and type u bought? Come with how many carpark?
