please pardon my question, but is this VOX AD amp suitable for electric guitar like ESP AX-50? Me blur lah, got so many types of guitar - electric, acoustic, bass, and others (me don't know what).

yes it is. it has alot of amp models for your son to choose from and find a tone that is suited for his style of playing.

buy it, it has the best value under RM1k

I second that. Btw does anybody got the patch for oasis sound.
having trouble trying to get the settings for it.

If I'm not mistaken, Noel Gallagher favours AC30 amps, so you would get that Oasis ballpark tone by setting it to the AC30. Trying Maxing out both the preamp and poweramp gain and then boost the treble, you'ill get a very dynamic U2-style sound, which works well with brit rock stuff.

my son liked the VOX and we decided to get AD50VT over the AD30VT so that future no need to consider upgrading.

Got it for RM1160 whereas AD30VT they offered RM870. Wanted to get the floor channel selector but out of stock.

Nice fingerstyle rendition of Wonderful Tonight!!!!! Who played that? nerd? lol! He has a pretty good finger/hybrid picking technique, gotta love the tune.
