finally got it fixed....
i have to say... it was pretty bad.... maybe its the live video or maybe its just kah ming singing out of tune (did he use earplugs?)
but heck... im pretty sure that wasnt your band's best...
cant wait to see your next vid thumbup.gif
*
Nah lol... the monitors weren't working and he couldn't hear himself at all. After the gig he was hoping that the audience could hear his vocals, so he tried to sing louder than he normally would. In terms of vocals he could do better but as a band, that's usually how we sound. biggrin.gif
Have you heard of the original Ziggy Stardust anyway? thumbup.gif

I'ill try to get the Beyond and Sweet Child vid done, just downloaded a new video editor and hope it works fine. smile.gif

Yeah, David Bowie song, 70s Classic!!! thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

Anyway here it is :
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rx4KOoPNgtc

I swear the original DVD sound and picture quality is 10times better! Poor video, went through so many stages of compression in order to be Screamyx Friendly. Anyway, in this video you can hear the TS9 in use during the lead guitar moments. The Magicstomp can barely be heard on the verses of both song, but the main point here's the amp tone. The lead tone's rather good if you ask me, and since the camera was placed at the end of the hall, it means that the 50-watter is loud enough for medium sized gigs. thumbup.gif Cheers and enjoy!

It sounds waaaaaaaay too sharp. There's no way of adjusting it. Trying to get Tom Morello's sound.... almost impossible. In fact, alot of people in the Tonelab Forums also can't get that sound.
Actually...... my Zoom GFX-5 Pitch Shifter sounded better!

EDIT: I found out why. It doesn't have "intelligent" pitch shifting...... meaning that it tracks along with your playing and harmonizes with the notes diatonically (within the scale/key)

He's working on his solo career, man hahah. It was just a one-off collaboration for the musical night and he was nice enough to 'step down' to practise with us. smile.gif

well, DA-5 retail RM615.
take 20% off still RM490, not worth it.

think i might just go buy the toneport ux-1 instead.

the portable vox amp that can run either with AC or 6 C size batteries.
its actually won quite a few awards already.
basically a smaller version of the AD15, with a 6.5" speaker.

Wow... the Microcube's only around RM400 right?

Yeah, it's really not worth it. With that price you could get a proper entry-level tube amp. Not in Malaysia, that is though. tongue.gif
